T & C’s
- The hire fee is $20.00 plus $20.00 admin & restocking fee to cover transport costs between sites. $20.00 will be refunded upon the return of the pen in good condition.
- The crate remains the property of Dachshund IVDD Support Australia and must be returned in good condition.
- The hire period shall be no longer than 8 weeks affording a fair and reasonable time for rehabilitation for conservative or surgical recoveries.
- If the crate is damaged beyond future use or is not returned, the owner waives the return of the $20 hire fee and will be issued an invoice for the replacement cost of a crate ($80.00)
- We are unable to offer a freight option due to cost.
