Shipping

Shipping processing times

PARCEL POST – orders are processed on Mondays and Thursdays by 8 a.m. (AEST) and lodged at the post office during business hours.
IF THE ITEM IS REQUIRED URGENTLY CONSIDER EXPRESS POST

EXPRESS POST – orders are processed on weekdays by 11 a.m. (AEST) and lodged at the post office during business hours.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  ALL ITEMS SENT FROM THE DISA SHOP ARE SENT VIA AUSTRALIA POST WITH TRACKING NUMBERS TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY.

Damages when shipped

  • Dachshund IVDD Support Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

  • Not available.

  • We do not give refunds or offer exchanges if you simply change your mind, made a wrong decision, or have provided incorrect measurements when placing an order.

Handcrafted Products

  • Some products sold on Dachshund IVDD Support Australia Shop are handmade.  Each piece is made with care and attention to detail, and every endeavour is made to provide you with a piece of quality handmade craft. Due to the handmade nature of products sold in our shop, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

Faulty Items

  • Dachshund IVDD Support Australia wants you to love your purchase so should a product be found to be faulty please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.  Please email the Shop ASAP with a description of the fault and include a photo if possible. One of our Volunteers will contact you directly to resolve the issue. 

Returns

  • Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery.
  • It is a health requirement that DISA cannot accept returns if a product or its packaging has been damaged or if the item has been used or worn.
  • A refund will be processed when the returned item is received.
  • The refund will be the purchase price less postage paid upon purchase plus a re-stocking fee of $10.

To arrange a return, email the Shop with your invoice number and the reason for the return.

When despatched email the Shop with your tracking number.  We cannot account responsibly for returned items that go missing in the post.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery.
  • It is a health requirement that DISA cannot accept returns if a product or its packaging has been damaged or if the item has been used or worn.
  • The value of an exchanged item will be the original price less the postage paid upon purchase less a re-stocking fee of $10.
  • DISA will issue an Invoice for payment which is due and payable prior to the exchange being shipped.
  • Item will not be despatched until the returned item is received.
